How the estimate is produced: This tool uses a points-based lifestyle model. It starts from your chronological age and adds or subtracts years based on five inputs: BMI, exercise frequency, sleep quality, stress level, and smoking status.
What that means in practice: Each input carries a weighting (for example, a sedentary routine adds years while an active one subtracts them), and the weighted total is applied to your age. The result is floored at 18.
